Hoover Alexander will be representing the great state of Texas
at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival in Washington, D.C.
The two week event expects to draw over one million visitors
from all over the country as well as from Europe and many other
parts of the world. During the first week Hoover will be doing
cooking demonstrations using recipes from the restaurant such
as smothered pork chops, hoe cakes and Elgin chili.
